As this process does not uninstall the application and will clear up some important space in your device, this will remove the application along your launcher, and also your list of applications in the Android Market.

If you ever change your mind, then decide that you will want to use the application, just go simply into the Application Settings by using the process outlined in step one, then scroll into the bottom of that list.
