Now connect your phone (Nokia) with PC and run Nokia Ovi Suite, then sync messages.
Wait for syncing process to finish.
Now, you will need to exit the Ovi suite. Make sure that its icon is not visible in the tray.
Then detach the Nokia phone from PC and put that aside.

Download and install Nokia2AndroidSMS software over PC. This third party software will help in converting the crated backup created in the step one to android compatible format (XML).
You will need to extract the content of zip file to a separate folder on PC.
Now, execute Nokia2AndroidSMS.exe on your PC/ laptop.
A pop up window will appear with pre-populated list of existing Nokia-compatible backup of messages.
Select the appropriate backup and click on convert button.
A new XML file will be created adjacent to the location where you had extracted the Nokia2AndroidSMS.

Now it is time for the final step.

From the Android Market place download and install the app. called SMS Backup & Restore. Then connect your Android phone to PC and transfer the .xml file to the SMSBackupRestore folder on Smartphone.
Disconnect the phone from PC
Now, with the help of SMSBackupRestore you can restore messages on Android device.
